Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the NextCryptoPay payment gateway.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NextCryptoPay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
NextCryptoPay is a non-custodial crypto payment gateway. Payments from your customers settle directly to wallet addresses you control — we never take custody of them and hold no private keys for merchant wallets. The only amount we receive is the prepaid balance you top up to cover platform fees (see section 4).
3. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your wallet configuration, your tax obligations, and compliance with the laws applicable to your business.
4. Fees
We charge a platform fee on each successful transaction, or a fixed amount under a subscription plan. Current rates — including the maximum fee charged on any single transaction — are published on our pricing page, which is the authoritative source. Fees are deducted from your prepaid balance.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable sanctions and regulations.
6. Availability & changes
We may modify or discontinue features at any time and aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextCryptoPay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including on-chain network failures.
